FAQs

Q. Is a bubble a fault?
R. The nature of glass making ensures that each piece is completely individual. Although some small bubbles form in the glass, this is a natural result and does not constitute a flaw.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
R. We regularly ship to Europe and the USA. However no country is too far away so call us and we can organise your shipping hassle free.

Q. How can I pay?
R. We accept all major credit cards but cheques and money orders can only be accepted from customers in the UK.

Q. What are your shipping charges?
R. We use a carrier who offers the best balance between speed and cost. Shipping charges can only by calculated once the packaging is complete. We will confirm shipping cost to all destinations promptly by email before we dispatch the items. Items will only be dispatched once payment has been received.

Q. How soon are orders shipped?
R. We are committed to shipping within 2 business days of receiving a completed order. If an item is out of stock we will discuss with you when an item is likely to become available, before processing an order.

Q. What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
R. We have plenty of experience in packing fragile items, so breakages are rare. Our shipping charges include in-transit insurance, so in the unlikely event of a breakage, we will immediately replace the item at no cost to yourself. However you must advise us of the breakage immediately and the order must be returned to us in the original packaging within 3 days of receipt. Upon inspection the item will be replaced or all reasonable costs refunded.

Caring For Your Glass

To ensure that your art glass collection remains in the same excellent condition as it was when it left the artisan’s hand, please follow these simple guidelines.

  1. Hand wash each piece separately in warm soapy water. Do not place in a dishwasher as the heat and detergent may dull or shatter the glass.
  2. Rinse in clean warm water and dry gently with a lint free cloth.
  3. The rims are the most fragile part of the glass. Never place the glass upside down on a draining board or when storing.
  4. When cleaning decorated glass use glass cleaner only and not water.
